embassy-domsearch software package provides Extra EMBOSS commands to search for protein domains, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install embassy-domsearch
embassy-domsearch is installed in your system.
Make ensure the embassy-domsearch package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep embassy-domsearch *
You will get with embassy-domsearch package name, version, architecture and description in a table
